We are located in the picturesque community of Media, PA – roughly 30 minutes by car or train from center city Philadelphia. We need a smart, articulate, highly-motivated individual to help win new clients.
You will be expected to plan & execute a sales strategy, identify & develop new business opportunities across multiple industries, and effectively utilize multiple sales tools, including Salesforce, Act On and LinkedIn.Our ideal candidate will work independently while collaborating with our design team to incorporate creative materials and promotions into the sales effort. Speaking comfortably and with confidence to senior executives, marketing directors and business owners is essential.
Skills we seek:• a talented and passionate communicator, both verbal and written • 3-5 years sales experience • sound understanding of advertising, branding and graphic design • evolve and learn new skills in a fast-paced environment • time and project management skills • basic Mac computer skills, Excel • familiarity with Salesforce and ActOn In addition, we value knowledge of and experience in the fields of advertising, retail banking, payment and credit card products, real estate, hospitality and retail. Existing business/client relationships are a plus.
The Applicant ProcessYour submissions will be reviewed by our president, who will select candidates who meet our criteria. Following a brief phone interview, qualified individuals will meet with our president for an initial interview. Select candidates will be invited back to meet with our team as a whole.
Salary & BenefitsTo start, the position offers substantial commissions and a salary, health insurance & benefits package based on skills and experience. Flexible hours and working off-site are options.
