The Carriage Homes at Haverford Reserve

are an enclave of 100 built-to-order homes in a nature preserve. Built by leading custom builder Guidi Homes, the Carriage Homes have won more than 20 awards for design & craftsmanship.

Shamlian Creative joined the Haverford Reserve marketing team in July of 2011. Our efforts have been focused on improved signage, branding & positioning and integrated multi-channel marketing (direct mail & email campaigns, online & print advertising and events). In particular, we’ve worked to effectively differentiate The Carriage homes from “Athertyn,” an adjacent 55+ condominium also called Haverford Reserve.

Select campaign components such as banner ads and landing pages are billed well below our creative costs; we earn the full value of our work when pre-set performance goals are achieved.
