Targeted Multi-Channel Campaign delivers Rapid Results

The Sivel Group, a realty firm based in Chestnut Hill, needed a marketing strategy to connect upscale home buyers with 3 prime home sites in affluent Lower Gwynedd.

We developed a variety of touch points, including highly targeted banner ads, postcards and email campaigns, all designed to drive traffic to GypsyHillEstates.com. Once on the custom landing page, prospective buyers could browse features of the Estates at Gypsy Hill, view a photo gallery of interior and exterior home designs, learn more about the custom builder, and fill out a form to receive floor plans and a digital brochure.

Achievements:

  • After just one month of advertising, The Sivel Group accepted bids on two of three home sites.
  • Banner Ad Clicks: 3-5x higher than the norm, at less than $2.40/click.
  • Emails to buyers: nearly 20% were opened. Of these, 10% clicked to the Landing Page.
  • Emails to brokers: generated more than 100 Landing Page visits.
  • Landing Page visits: up to 125 per day, averaging 1 minute, 46 seconds per visit.
